I can't download this book and others from the "ProQuest" website as it requires me to have an Oberlin college ID. It is a challenge to read the material online as it takes loads of time to load and the site crashes numerous times. (I am using the VPN provided to me to access the site while all this.)

Hello,
For this particular book, it seems the access is only chapter by chapter download. If you can not download the chapter by chapter, we have to see what was wrong with the access.
If you want to download the whole book, it has to trigger a new purchase. That is why you need Oberlin ID to login in.
